Dr. Sharon Fontes Borkowski, DC

She emailed me at 12:30am, the day of my appointment, to cancel for personal reasons. I obviously did not see the email because not only was it sent in the middle of the night and got covered up by other emails (including an automated one saying my appointment was still that day), but most people don't check their emails immediately when they wake up. I drove 50 minutes to the location only to find the door was locked. So then I spent another 50 minutes driving home. When she emailed me again to reschedule, I expressed to her that while I felt for her situation, I was still upset she didn't call or text me to cancel, as is the norm for every doctor I've ever been to. After that, she decided that she didn't want to treat me. After all the paperwork, the scheduling, the long drive down to Wheaton, IL. I'm going through a really hard time myself. I still act professional even at my worst She did not. She won't reschedule an initial appointment with me. I would not recommend Sharon to… anyone.
