Very Professional Staff

I have been a patient for 14 years since I was a surgery resident in Grand Rapids. Now, we drive from Holland MI to see Dr. B because she is fantastic with our kids and whole family. She has the latest laser technology and cares about keeping the patient comfortable and informed. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our dental care.

Sharon's been my dentist for several years and does a great job with the practice. Appointment times are prompt and I've never had to wait past the exact time. Cleanings are thorough and the staff is professional in their demeanor and not rude or careless when doing their job. She takes the time to get to know you versus other practices just looking to rotate patients. I also did Invisalign with her and am very satisfied with the results.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. The office is a dump with what looks like a building that has never had any upkeep and a lobby that has second hand dirty furniture. The staff is rude and never returns calls. The doctor is a stuck up piece of work that doesn't answer your questions and isn't easy to talk to. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The office staff is friendly and efficient, they have late hours, they're gentle, everyone is very nice, their chairside manner is excellent, they're digital, hardly any wait time, and great with even tiny kids. Love this office and staff!
