Wonderful smart Doctor that really cares..

I've been a patient of Dr Cole's for 6 years and I am 100% satisfied with the excellent care, concern and treatment received during that time. She is such a kind, caring individual who goes the extra mile for you.

Dr. Cole saved my Dad's life!! He became sick with cancer several years ago, he struggled through his chemo treatments and at one point it almost took his life. Dr. Cole was on top of it, switched his treatments and now he's alive and healthy because of her and her team of professionals. I could've easily lost my Dad several times but thanks to her, he's here!!!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cole! She has saved my life more than once and has helped me through every step of my cancer diagnosis and my reoccurence.

An outstanding doctor and office staff.

Very unprofessional staff. Initially I was surprise at the warm reception I received, but when I questioned any procedure, medicine or needed a better explanation of my treatment and illness, Dr. Cole became gave vague answers and seemed irritated that I even asked. Working with the billing department was also a nightmare as they talked in circles and had a very demanding attitude. There appears to be a big turn around of staff. They all look miserable and never smile. I recommend that you go to another doctor before attempting to go here.

Terrible doctor

She can be very rude. Do NOT ever ask her any questions that may contradict hers. NEVER ask for a 2nd opinion unless you want her to become nasty.

Dr. Cole and her team at Orion Cancer center are the most friendly and accommodating group of professionals I have met. They are very prompt and prepared each time I come for an appointment. I travel 2 hours from another state to be treated by her. Dr. Cole has excellent bedside manner and I am trusting her with my life. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at the office.

I was referred by my brother-in-law who is critical of a lot of people. He loves Dr. Cole and her staff. Best decision ever made. When they told me I needed chemo after my double mastectomy, I called and got referral from my Family Dr. faxed that day. Next day they called me to come in and started chemo next day after contacting my insurance company. Dr. Cole stays in contact with my Cleveland Clinic Doctors and very caring and prompt. With help from the staff I had a BRAC test and paid for my insurance company. I needed 4 of two different chemos every other week for 8 weeks that was "supposed to knock me on my butt" but NEVER was sick or weak. I continued to work even thru the next 12 weeks after the initial 8 weaks. I even would take my 2 grandkids ages 3 and 5 every 3 weeks for the long weekend. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Cole's office and staff.
