Dr. Sharon Angela Dillon, MD

We've had Dr. Dillon for our pediatrician for 13 years and I've always been happy with her care, experience, and advice. We've had to reach her on a weekend due to an emergency and she called back and gave us thorough advice. Dr. Dillon has a great deal of experience so she's a wonderful medical resource for questions I have regarding everything from vaccinations, to attention issues, to appropriate weights for kids, to proper growth concerns, to illnesses, to puberty. I think I've discussed everything with her over the last decade! She's always a trusted resource with intelligent answers.

Dr. Dillon relates to the kids and takes the time to speak with them, having teenagers, I was hesitant on having to change doctors after many years with the same doctor, however I am so happy with her and the care she takes with my kids.

The staff is less than curtious from receptionist to dr. I would reccomend you take your child elsewhere . The overall cleanliness of room is appalling .

Dr.Dillon is always a mess. She is very pompous and arrogant. She talks down to you and has new back office staff. I'm not surprised that she can't keep a M.A. considering the way I've heard her talk to them and not to mention the mean looks she gives them.Ah we can see you. She appears to be a very miserable person.

I seriously don't understand the negative reviews. Our experiences with Dr. Dillon (3 kids) have been great. I also want to stand up for Pam - she has been nothing but kind, compassionate, and professional to us. Dr. Dillon is timely, which is a huge breath of fresh air compared to our previous pediatrician.

I am very disappointed to see negative the feedback this wonderful doctor received here. Dr. Dillon is wonderful. We have lived all across the US and Dr. Dillon is, by far, the best pediatrician we have ever had. She actually treats your children as individuals, looking them in the eyes and talking to them. She has been attentive to on-going medical issues, always fits us in during an emergency, takes calls on the weekend, calls back for consultations on the phone (something we have never had before) and even encourages us to call even if off hours if an emergency. She is a wonderful doctor with a great sense of humor and I can't imagine anyoe having a problem with her unless the problem was on the patient's side. Her assistants are very skilled but I think a bit reserved or shy, but never rude. Someone remarked Pam was horrible. We have had wonderful experiences with Pam who fought our insurance agency for us and helped us a great deal. Dr. Dillon's office coulduse an update,… but the care you receive from the doctor, not a PA or a nurse, is without compare. We love her and would suggest her to anyone.

I have to say, after reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical of Dr. Dillon. Upon meeting her at my son's first appointment, I was very happy to have assumed incorrectly. She was very thorough in examining my son, and she listened to everything my husband and I told her. She also gave us some very good tips on weaning him off of his pacifier. I work in a medical office, and I know how hectic it can be, but our wait was only 10-15 minutes (including the time it took me to fill out new patient paperwork). I would definitely recommend Dr. Dillon to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

I will never take my child to this doctor again. Her staff is rude, she has no bedside manner, and she is very pompous. My son is 19mo and was terrified of her. He's not afraid of anyone or anything! She didn't even take the time for him to warm up to her before taking care of him. I don't think 3 minutes should be detrimental to her schedule to make a toddler feel safe/secure. She was completely rude and belittling when I wanted to discuss vaccinations and had a VERY high-and-mighty attitude about it. I AM THE PARENT and I should have the right to say whether my son, who's at home with me and in no public school or daycare, gets what vaccine. She also had the nerve to make a very UNPROFESSIONAL comment about his father not being in the picture. Like another person stated, typical Medicaid doctor. Even though my options are limited, I will find a different pediatrician.

Her office staff and Manager are not nice at all. It was hard to schedule my daughter for a same day appt when she was sick they always turned us away. Her office Manager Pam is rude and her staff is not friendly I got out of there quick. They never gave my daughter medication when needed and she ended up in the hospital 3 times!!!

Wonderful doctor! We recently had to relocate to Texas and I have not been able to find a pediatrician who even compares to Dr. Dillon. She is caring and spends time talking to you and your child. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Her staff is very nice as well!
