Dr. Sharon D'mello Hilton, MD

The first time I met her it was nice, though she seemed a bit distant with the child. We just spoke about my sons diet, which okay that's expected. The second and third time it was a waste of a visit because it was just speaking with her, we could've spoken over the phone. Didn't even examine the child, b/c there was no need. I shouldn't have taken him if he was needed there.

Getting anything done by office staff is IMPOSSIBLE. She seems to be a good physician but the lack of professionalism and personal care just isn't a part of the practice. I am very disappointed and will be seeking care elsewhere.

My experience with this office has been positive. Both of my children have been seen there; one is currently under Dr. D'Mello's care. She spends as much time as we need with her to ensure questions are answered and concerns are addressed. Very professional office, well organized. Wait time is not very long. Longest wait we've had is 10 min.

The doctor's office STAFF is HORRIBLE! They are rude, judgmental and unprofessional! They will turn you away if you are 15 mins late but if you are on time, you will end up waiting more than 30 mins. The staff will not go an extra mile for you if you are in need of help. I'm so dismayed and disappointed at their practice because the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. Sometimes it is not the credentials of the doctor that is most important. Rather, it is the doctor's team that can ultimately make you feel comfortable which can facilitate healing. As for me, I'm outta there!
