Waited 2.5 hours in a crowded room to see doc for 5 minutes, only to be told to come back in 2 months for the biopsy. Asked her to do it now, she said no.

Good Dr., but horrible scheduling, and inconsiderate office policies.

Always late with no apology. No time for new business without a new appointment months down the road. Not going back.

Would not recommend this doctor. Does not put patients first. Patients made to feel negative as staff lecture them about the rules of the office.

I have been Dr. Gardepe's patient for more than 15 years and I find her to be an excellent doctor. Her diagnosis and treatment has proved to be consistently correct. In only one instance have I had to wait a significant time past the scheduled appointment and I was informed that an emergency had occurred.

I think Dr. Gardepe is a good doctor but does not have a good track of time or her office staff schedules too many appts in one time slot..several times I have been and had to wait at least an hour or longer for appt..Thank goodness I did not have a job where I had to be back at a certain time..I also agree with the others about having to come back repeated times for simple procedures..I like her but will look for another doctor to see..

You have to wait a long time to be seen and then you have to come back another time and wait if you need something removed. My "diagnosis" of my skin problem doesn't seem to be correct as the medicine for it hasn't really helped. If you are referred to a plastic surgeon as I was, you are expected to return to this office for a follow up for what I'm sure would be another long wait and another office visit charge when they didn't even do the procedure. It makes no sense. Also when you don't come in for the follow up, you will receive a nasty letter telling you that you are no longer welcome as a patient. I have never seen anything like it.

It took me over 6 months to get an initial appointment to see this doctor. The wait time is ridiculous... you should not have to wait an hour when you have a scheduled appointment & watch other patients who come in after you go into an exam room. The office staff does not let waiting patients aware of the doctor running late & they act like they couldn't care less.

TERRIBLE!!! She perscribed two perscriptions for my face, I broke out terribly within a week of taking it. I called to let the office to let them know of the problem. Dr. Gardope did not ask for me to come in so she could look at my condition (that spread to the rest of my body and turned into welps),instead, she said if it got worse, go to the emergency room! My condition. Sure enough, my condition got worse. I was flored because she should have had me come in when I called originally with the break out so she could have prevented the welps on my face. I made sure I was referred to another dermatologist. The staff is very rude as well. Even when they make a copy of your insurance card, they still mailed me a bill, I called and notified them of their mistake, they did not even apologize. AVOID AT ALL COST!
