Dr. Sharon Ilene Gunsher, MD

I've had the pleasure of her specialized care over the past 7 months. I phoned Dana Farber Cancer Institute at first which in turn highly recommended her. I didn't know Concord had a Breast Care Center. I was able to get in right away, and she eased my fears immediately. After having been educated by her expertise she gave me the floor and answered every question and concern I had. Not once is 6 or so appointments have I ever felt rushed in any way. Thank you, so much, for saving my life! You are certainly the best there is!

As a healthcare professional, I greatly appreciate her bluntness. She went above and beyond to arrange the schedule for me, given the severity of findings. I greatly appreciate this. Cancer is a scary thing. as a patient waiting for results is gut wrenching. The thing is, there is a line of people waiting, with the same results as you. There are only so many medical professionals to treat you. Being on both sides of this is difficult to cope with, but unavoidable.
