Can I do 0 stars? This incompetent woman shouldn’t be practicing anything to do with another human being. Massive pre eclampsia and she wouldn’t even look at me when she came in the room and would make shaming comments about my weight gain. Horrible

Out of necessity and the proximity of this practice, I have sparingly been coming here for my yearly exams, it in all honestly, this practice, and Dr. Hodges in particular, leaves not a lot to be desired, but lacks diversity, as their are no doctors of color here. I visited today to get my yearly exam, which is covered by my insurance. I also wanted to discuss possible surgery. Due to my iron levels being too low, I cannot be a candidate for surgery. She asked me what questions I had, which it’s not like I had a list in my pocket. However, I asked if this office did robotic surgery & inquired about recovery time. Both questions I knew the answer to already cause…the internet/books. As the “medical professional” she didn’t offer or volunteer ANY information! Make any suggestions. Didn’t say if she thought it was a good or bad idea, discuss any other alternative surgical solutions or anything, yet had the audacity to bill me for a consult to get my insurance co-pay. Despite knowing… that I was in the ER 2 weeks prior to today’s visit was not brought up once, as she was not concerned or even thinking about offering her medical thoughts regarding what May have led to the event in the first place. I paid it of course, but I do not recommend Dr. Hodges, ESPECIALLY if you are a woman of color!!! Her lackluster/bland and demeanor is not the type of service one should receive from a medical professional. And if these are the types of “consults” she “provides,” certainly save your money and find another practice! I will be looking into Greystone as, according to what I have viewed on their website, they are more diverse and hopefully provide better service and care for their patients. The nurses here, however, are very pleasant! The nurse who checked me in and did my work up was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, inquisitive, personable and empathetic! She looked at what was in the system, offered advice…I mean really, she did WAAAAAAAY more than “Dr.” Hodges and was certainly more concerned…if anyone should have gotten a co-pay for a consult, it should have been her! But short of an absolute life or death medical emergency, I’m never returning here and I don’t recommend you come here either, especially if you ate a woman of color!

I defiantly do not recommend her.

I really like Doctor Hodges. She is up front and honest and I appreciate that. She was very professional and explained my issues very well and showed empathy concerning my condition.

With more positive reviews than negative ones, I expected a higher level of care, professionalism, and communication. In spite of having an excessive wait time and then being switched from one exam room to another, I found the two staff members very pleasant. Dr. Hodges did not really communicate with me and only answered the questions I asked with a yes or no. After waiting over two weeks to get exam results or to find my info on Piedmont's My Chart, I finally gave up and called the office as I had no idea if there were any potential problems. The only thing I knew which I got from the front desk person was to return in about two years. I will not be returning.

Today was my first visit with Dr Hodges her personality an concerns were genuine The staff was very nice an on point I will recommend others to her office

I saw Dr. Hodges for the first time. She was friendly, answered all my questions, took her time with me. I'm keeping her as long as I live in GA. Very caring

Wow I was considering this place but thanks to the reviews I will definitely cross this off my list and I will not be going here. Sorry to all the mothers with these ill experiences.

Dr Hodges is the worst doctor I have ever met in my life. She totally robbed me of my birthing experience. She waited until 2 days later to come and check on me before she decided I needed an emergency c section, then she put me through that after I felt like I had already been In a car accident! The birthing experience was nothing compared to the traumatic 9 months of visits that I had just experienced with her, her ultrasound tech, and her co partner Bruce Williams. I hope she gets what she deserves.

Dr. Pope delivered both of my daughters by c-section. One in 2004 and the other in 2006. Absolutely loved her! She is awesome!
