Dr. Sharon Mei Ing, MD

2nd time taking my mother to this Dr. Waited more than an hour in the waiting room then another 45 minutes in the exam room. Then she didn't know why we were there. This time another 40 minute wait in the waiting room. Then was told he had 2 other patients to see before is us. Staff says she is always behind. I suggest booking appointments then cune 40 minutes late so you don't have to wait. Our time also valuable. So we should be compensated for having to wait. We were on time!

Dr. Ing is the only reason I have not left Kaiser. She won't give up one me, even after a year of "normal" results on a plethora of tests and imaging in an attempt to diagnose what is causing so much pain and inflammation. She listens and she believes me, I cant ask for more. Thank you Dr. Ing!

I went through 4-5 incompetent doctors who kept failing me. I was practically in a wheel chair and severely depressed due to some very uncontrolled RA flares. Dr. Ing listened and after a few short months I was finally in remission. After being disabled for 4 years, I know have a full time job and coach my kid’s basket ball teams. Thank you Dr. Ing. You completely changed my life.

Not friendly, abrupt, doesn't listen.

Very green, unfriendly and pompous. Doesn't understand how to talk with an Arthritis patient who has been scarred by long term medication use. Also instilled fear about dying to an elderly patient. No thanks. I was assigned to her after losing 3 other Rheumatologists left KAISER in the last 18 months.
