Great experience with Dr. Witt and her staff. Happy to be a new patient with her.

Doctors like sharon witt are the reason health care cost so much in this country. i had a problem with my knee, she orders a xray of my spine and a blood test when those come back normal THEN she sends me to physical therapy they look at my knee and 20 mins later we know what the problem is. i try to get my hair loss medication refilled and she wants another blood test and a prostate exam. on top of that you cant ever call her office, you have to call a call center who takes your question they call her receptionist who asks dr witt the question she then relays her answer back to the receptionist who then calls you to schedule a teledoc appt and when they cant get that to work (appt was for 11:30 am they made it for 11:30 pm so i couldn't log on) they blame you for it not working and THEN and only then you can talk on her on the phone. i really wish id have read these reviews before i made my first appt with dr witt. i couldnt me more dissapointed.

I was with this doctor and one other (who went into concierge medicine) when they were with IMA. I was very pleased with them under that umbrella. I have had nothing but trouble since IMA joined Millennium. Yesterday I left two not returned messages to request a new prescription. The staff of this new group is not concerned about the patient.

She seemed good at first. I’m in my early 40’s and went to her for my annual checkup as a new patient. Having a mother passing from pancreatic cancer in her early 40’s, I’m a bit sensitive about my health. My first visit was an intake. She ordered bloodwork, and a baseline mammogram. A month or so later, I went to her for my annual physical, which included a breast exam. I hadn’t yet gone for the mammogram, at this point. While doing the breast exam, she felt a nodule only my left breast and said, “yeah, get that mammogram. You should probably get that checked out”. She said she felt a “nodule”. After leaving, I Immediately called the radiology establishment Dr Witt recommended, explained to them what she said and made my appointment (I mentioned the nodule she found) and made my appointment. As the appointment neared, the radiologist said that Dr Witt ordered a baseline mammogram but they needed a “comprehensive” (I think that’s the terminology they used, not 100% sure though),… because there was a nodule they needed to look into. They called Dr Witts office where she herself told the radiologist that she never felt a nodule. Okay...I would NEVER make this up. I never felt the lump on my breast until she, Dr Witt, pointed it out. It was then clear as day. Because of insurance, the radiologist couldn’t preform the baseline (as ordered), not the comprehensive (because I said Dr Witt and I felt the “nodule” and it conflicted with Dr Witt’s notes). So in a nutshell, it seems that Dr Witt felt the nodule and never documented it in the chart. Then she refused to amend the chart so that I can have the correct mammogram. I then changed my primary care physician. She did in fact feel that same nodule. She ordered the correct test and I moved on. Good news, it’s not breast cancer. Not so great news is that it’s something somewhat concerning enough to need monitoring every 6 months with alternating an ultrasound and a mammogram Dr Whitt, in my opinion, was either too stubborn, to proud or too lazy to admit she’d made a mistake in order to make it right. I would not recommend that ANYONE see this doctor.

This was only my second annual visit. This year I went in, discussed my concerns and then waited. She went out in the hall and I could hear her talking about prescriptions on my account that I “didn’t reveal” to her. For goodness sake, you’re the DOCTOR! I’m going to you counting on the fact that you are going look at my medical information, ask ME questions, and evaluate my health. Not go out in the hall and talk to your staff member and then accuse me of not bringing up “new” information. Aren’t you supposed to look at it and ask me about it?! She is absolutely short, abrupt, rude, and doesn’t spend much time evaluating for an annual visit.

Have visited Dr. Witt, twice and she very thorough, answered all my questions. She was pleasant and made me feel at ease. William Hunt

Unfortunately I was referred to her by insurance and the staff was able to get me in within 24 of me calling. Now I know why appointments were so easy to come by. She is by far the most uncaring, inconsiderate, judgmental physician I have ever encountered. She spent all of 5 minutes or so for a “consult”. She brushed off any concerns that I brought up, and then literally walked out of the room saying I can’t help you. She never looked at any of the medical records that were in my hand!! She has the absolute worst bed side manner.

I could not get in to see this doctor when I needed her bc I had not been in the last year. When I finally got in, she was indifferent to me. I had blood panel which revealed a serious condition. All she told me was “ you need an endocrinologist “ not that this was serious.... this Millennium groups are a joke, will never see a doctor affiliated with them again.

Seriously, I can't believe the reviews pertaining to Dr. Witt. It's almost like we are talking different doctors. I have been going to Dr. Witt for three years and have NEVER experienced this kind of behavior. I must catch her on her good days bc no complaints here.
