I have been a patient of Dr. McGarrity for over 18 years and she has taken the very best care of me and kept me living healthy. She really listens and address all concerns.

Awesome woman who saved my daughters life

Dr. McGarrity takes care of me and my wife, very knowledgable about both men and women's health. Her staff is caring and efficient. I have seen many other doctors in the past and none are as caring and compassionate . I highly recommend her to friends and family.

The waiting time is much less than it has in the past. It is variable because the doctor also follows her patients in the hospital and if there is a critical patient there may be some delay. I like that I am told on my arrival if there is a delay and I can make a decision to reschedule. She is a very caring doctor, which you don't see it now days.

Excellent care and excellent experience with her office

I like Dr. McGarrity as a whole but her front office procedures are a little crazy. The wait time at the office are the longest I've experienced in my life. It's like sitting in an office with fellow zombies who eat lunch while they wait.....endlessly. Also, her staffing are very young and are still in the learning stage themselves. The last time I waited in her office, there was no one at the front desk to receive patience for over an hour; CRAZY !!!!!!

I'm a patient of Dr. McGarrity for a few years now. I discovered her when I sought out a D.O. instead of an MD within my Aetna plan at the time as I was interested in working with a Doctor who took a whole person/all systems approach instead of the allopathic MD approach which is so frequently not holistic or humanistic. Dr. McGarrity is a gem and has inspired me with her intelligence, compassion, professionalism and personality. Her practice is very comprehensive and sometimes includes last minute emergencies or overruns so the timing of appointments can be a bit challenging. She also does rounds in the am so early morning appointments aren't an option. But I really enjoy going to the doctor now that Dr. McGarrity is my doctor, so I've learned to schedule for days I have time and bring a book or alternately, I coordinate with the front desk if the office is running behind schedule. The women in Dr. McGarrity's office are wonderful and really work together as a team. I prefer having a… doctor and team who provide quality care and who work with me rather than a sterile impersonal office which runs like clockwork. I know they are working to improve constantly to strike the balance better for the patients as well as the team. I am delighted to have found her and look forward to a long-term doctor/patient/team relationship with continuity. Something which is too rare these days...

If you are looking for a doctor who has great bedside manner I highly recommend this doctor. She spends as much time with a patient as needed to make the patient KNOW that she really cares. This attribute balances out the waiting. In addition, she give great follow up --especially when she gives the patient a referral to a specialist. The staff makes the appt for you and makes sure that the patient has a record of the time and place.

She's always late, but very sweet and friendly when she finally arrives. Can't spend a lot of time with U when the office is full of people. People come early, sign in and leave. Whoever signs in first, gets in. The wait is ALWAYS 2+ hrs. Staff NEVER returns a call. If you have a lot of time to waste, go for it. She's a decent doctor with poor office skills and no respect for others peoples time.

Dr McGarrity delivered my baby back in 1981 & I am still seeing her til this day. She is very nice, a great Dr. Very understanding and sympathetic to the patient's needs. I will certainly recommend her to all.
