Dr. Noel is very educated and takes the time needed with me to make me feel like she's interested about Me. That meens the world to me. i highly recommend her as a Pro who answers All my ?'s and addresses all my needs. Thanks Dr. Noel

Didn't feel that she gave me a proper diagnosis. Was prescribed an antibiotic that did not work. Called to explain that the first prescription did not work. Another antibiotic was prescribed and it didn't work. Paid for a follow up visit after the second prescription that failed. On this recent visit she prescribed me the exact same antibiotic as the very first one that failed! I realized this after purchasing the antibiotic when I got home. When trying to reach her to discuss this, she was unavailable. A nurse had the prescription changed for a different antibiotic that I now just started on. I have my doubts and feel that she's wasting my time and money. I also feel that being uninsured makes her care less about my condition. She's very short and quick to the point to get me out of the office. Instead of spending the time to ask questions and attempting to properly diagnose the problem, she doesn't seem to care.

My appointment was at 10:15. I arrived at 10:05, waited until 11:15 and asked the receptionist how much longer of a wait. My wait could have been until noon. No Dr. office should be that far behind that early in the morning. I feel it is unacceptable and the Dr. and/or Staff needs to rethink the booking procedures!!!
