Dr. Sharon Ruth Norris, MD

Dr. Norris always takes her time to address any questions or concerns you have. She has always taken excellent care of me and my family.

I have been seeing Dr Norris since the late 1990's. She has provided accurate diagnosis repeatedly and refers when the need is there. I could not he happier with the quality of care that one receives, I have never once felt rushed when I had questions.

Dr. Norris is a phenomenal physician and a professional in every sense of the word.

My family has been with the practice for almost 20 years. We began with another doctor, but transferred to Dr. Norris when Dr. Giovanni moved out of the area. We have always been pleased with the service, from the front desk all the way to the doctors. Dr. Norris is attentive and caring, spending time with you and allowing input while listening to concerns and fears. (I'm sure this is why the wait time is longer.) My children are at ease and look forward to seeing her when we go. My husband is comfortable with her as well. Dr. Norris's judgment in diagnosing and when to refer out has always been spot on. I also admire that she stays current on new developments and has up to date info for treatments. Im glad she is young, because we plan to stay with her for a very long time!

2 strikes and they were out. The initial time I called to make my daughter an appointment the receptionist rushed the call and was a bit rude. I dismissed it as I know we all have our bad days. The 2nd time I called to find out the time/date of my daughters surgery, the receptionist acted as if I asked her to do 1000 situps and said " I have 6 other lines to answer, you can call the surgeon himself" I told her my daughter is a patient, and all she needed to do was look in the chart. She huffed and puffed and I was done w/ her. I called the doctor to inform her I would not be returning w/ my daughter due to her staff's rudeness and that she ought to talk to them (if she wants to retain her patients) she acted as if she could care less. I refuse to pay for bad service.

Dr. Norris is very caring and interested in my problems, symptoms and treatment. I always feel I have her full attention during an office visit. I feel like I can talk to her as a friend as well as a doctor. She's listens to me without the 'I'm the Doctor' attitude. I have recommended her to several of my close friends and family. Her staff is very congenial and I feel totally at ease at every appointment. In short, I trust her completely and wouldn't have any other doctor!
