This woman literally spent 2 minutes with me. She was horrible. First and last time at Medwell.

I get bronchitis every year. I know my symptoms and I know my body. This woman told me I have asthma and go see a family doctor. She was yelling to me from another exam room with another patient in with her. I am running a fever and wheezing. Every year I go for bronchitis and I'm prescribed a Z-pack or Amoxicillin. This woman refused antibiotics for me. I spent $75.00 to see her and when we were done talking...she informed me where I could make a formal complaint against her to. She didn't spend 3 minutes with me. I will be making that complaint.

I've had the displeasure of being treated by her twice at madewell. The first time was for a horrible ear infection that had me in so much pain I was crying...she looked at it and said...and I quote..."I'm not touching that." I had to go somewhere else, and after another 3 weeks of fighting it with different antibiotics, my eardrums burst. Thank God I can still hear. Second time was today... severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, fever...3 days of lost work. She spent 2 min with me and sent me home telling me to take probiotics and bland diet. No diagnosis, no real answer when I asked what she thought might be the cause. She has no people skills and has no business being a doctor.

I went to medwell bc I KNEW my 18 month old had a broken finger. She came in “checked” his hand and said it was fine. I said we need to do an X-ray I’m telling you there is something wrong. Finally she shrugged and said okay. Ordered an X-ray of his HAND! I had to tell the X-ray tech it was his ring finger that was hurt. Nope no single finger X-ray was order. Went back to the room she came in and said he’s fine like I said. The next morning I immeadatly took him to the Er. Sure enough he did have a green stick fracture. Thank god it wasn’t something worse. Kids this age heal pretty quickly. I’ve heard multiple stories of her poor care of Paitents.

Doesn't listen to anything you have to say. Told her my kids were around someone with strep and she still refused to do a swab for strep, asked if they had the flu shot and since they did, she didn't swab them for flu either!!! Left there with a steroid and was told only to use it if they got worse, meanwhile they've been sick for going on 3 weeks! Waste of $60

Spends very little time with you. I’m on an antibiotic for an infection and it’s not working...she asked me why I’m having a problem and why it’s not working. Ordered a culture and told me to take probiotics. I had a theory for why the antibiotic isn’t working, but could tell by her personality and demeanor that she would have had none of it.

Not very helpful at all. Had a cough for several months, looked at my throat and said it was red (duh) Did not order any tests, x-ray or swab for culture. Ordered pills for cough and a different inhaler. Said to got to the ER if any problems continue.

Does not listen to patients ...Does little or nothing to treat patients.
