To make a long story quick the office was entering the wrong date of birth for me so my insurance was coming up ineligible ..after they realized it was their mistake they continued to say to was coming up ineligible which I know is bull because 3 other offices ran it rt after that n it went through fine so instead of fessing up to their mistake they stuck with the it's still ineligible needless to say I left the office after waiting on a 3 month long waiting list because my 1st Appt was canceled by them back in sepdmber!!;......and to top it off the receptionist had the worst teeth I have ever seen in my life so I guess it was a blessing in disguise to not use this office...they were extremely unhelpful n unkind I know the business of customer service pretty well and they executed it extremely poorly ý

They have a wonderful staff,everyone is very nice. Dr Pollick was great she removed my wisdom tooth, very fast with almost no pain. If you are looking for a oral surgeon she is the one to go to.

Positive experience. Just waited too long laying on chair for Dr to enter room to start procedure. Otherwise no pain
