Doctor and her staff are super nice and very professional

My wife was referred to Dr Ramer for skin lesions. As my wife waited, she could hear Dr Ramer and an intern talking about her outside the door. They were laughing and saying my wife was a hypochondriac... they had not even seen my wife. This doctor is too ild and stupid to be practicing medicine.

My wife was referred to Dr Ramer for skin lesions. As my wife was waiting to see Dr Ramer, she could hear Dr Ramer and an intern talking about her outside the door. They were laughing and saying my wife was a hypochondriac. They hadn’t even seen my wife. By the way, this doctor is too old to be practicing medicine. What a stupid doctor.

Examination process was discussed easily. Very friendly staff, got my daughter on antibiotics right away. Everything was on point and with antibiotics, infection was cleared up in less than a week.

I stayed on the phone for over 12 minutes to schedule an appointment but stayed on hold forever. After waiting so long I hung up. I took a picture of my hold time. I am still waiting as I write this review. Ridiculous!!!
