Dr Romney used to be a great pediatrician but over the years she seems to care more about money than her patients.Her service is very slow so be ready to wait 2 to 3 hours from your schedule appointment time to be seen. Once you finally get to see her she will once address one issues that your child is having so you will have to set an appointment even though you are already there to fix whatever is going on.Her staff does not update your profile so if you change phone number you will not be able to access your child information off the website she use. If needs to see a specialist you will have to keep remind the medical assistant & still never receive appointment. The medical assistant well suggests the you find your own specialist then she will send the referral and you wont receive an appointment. They will cancel and reschedule your appointments at the last minute thru an email without consulting with you to see if are available. And God forbid is your need medical supplies. If… you decide to used another provider instead of her homegirl she will give that company the run around with every excuse in the world why she wont sign & fax over prescription. PLEASE USE A FAMILY DOTOR INSTEAD!!! Someone who actually gonna give your child the true they need instead of being all about the money scheduling 6appointment at the same time know it just her working.
