Very nice and hospitable; explained everything clearly and the staff is nice!

From the moment I walked in, the doctor and the entire staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was so kind, professional, patient, and knowledgeable in their field. They took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and truly made me feel at ease bringing my child there. Honestly, when I first came into the office, I was extremely exhausted from everything I had been dealing with throughout the week. It had all started catching up with me, and I wasn’t in the best mood when I walked in. But by the time I left, the positive energy and kindness that radiated from the staff completely changed my mood. It was like their uplifting spirit poured onto me. For that moment, all the stress and exhaustion didn’t seem to matter anymore. I left feeling lighter, more positive, and in a much better headspace just from the conversations and the energy alone. The compassion and positivity shown throughout the experience meant more to me than words can express. It’s rare… to find a place where you genuinely feel cared for and valued. Thank you all. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and an amazing staff.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office during an appointment for a tooth extraction. The oral surgeon was extremely dismissive and combative during what should have been a straightforward consultation. She asked several questions unrelated to my extraction, including questions about my past weight loss surgery and how much weight I had lost. During the conversation she repeatedly stated that she “may or may not” be able to get me numb. Since this procedure involves pain management, I simply asked if she was unsure about numbing me, then I would prefer not to proceed and could instead be sent home with appropriate guidance or medication. Instead of addressing my concern, the oral surgeon became argumentative and abruptly walked out of the room. I was then told by staff that I could not be seen at the location. When I asked for discharge paperwork or documentation explaining why I was refused treatment, I was told that I could not receive any documentation at all,… which left me without any record of the visit or explanation. Patients deserve respectful communication, clear answers about their care, and proper documentation when treatment is declined. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was welcoming, attentive, and efficient. Mr. Branson was incredibly professional and took the time to clearly explain the step by step what was going to happen, which helped ease any anxiety. Dr. Russell and Ms. J demonstrated both expertise and compassion, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Recovery instructions were thorough and easy to understand. I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way, and it’s clear this team prioritizes both clinical excellence and patient comfort. I highly recommend Maryland Oral Surgery Group to anyone in need of oral surgery.

I do not know about other people review but I can tell you all they are fraudulent people . The husband charged you when procedure not done . They also charged the insurance company when nothing done . Husband mark russell a thief not professional at all.

The service that Dr. Russell and her staff provides is beyond AMAZING. I LOVE how Dr. Russell jumps in to assist her staff with answering the phones and scheduling appointments. This is something that you never see in the medical field. Dr. Russell was patient and provides a lot of information that other Dr.’s don’t inform you of. I will definitely be using their service again when needed and I recommend that you do the same you won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding I was so impressed by the quick appointment and the treatment I got. Everyone was so kind, professional and very thorough. I will always remember that this office had a customer in every space. And that concerned me and disturbed me because this was at the height of covid. Dr. Russell kept me waiting so long that I just got up and left. I considered myself to be a pretty patient person, but even we have our limits. Of course, she sent me a bill, and I never saw an itemized list. What could she have listed? The only thing that happened was her assistants took X-rays. When she sent me the bill, I tried to explain why I should not owe her. But try to get her husband (billing) on the phone. I never did, and I bet I tried 20 times. I would say my evaluation of the experience and my evaluation of her husband running the billing office is that they are UNPROFESSIONAL. I am offering this one star because that's as low as the system will let you go. I will not go back.

Dental visits will no longer trump me with nervousness. MOSG welcomes you with a Beautiful and Clean Office. From the Receptionist to Dr. Russell everyone was warm and receptive to my dental needs and concerns. After a thorough consultation we were able to come up with a 4step Plan to restore confidence in my smile. Thank you Dr. Russell and Team.
