My daughter had ear infection and end up with her because primary doctor was not available. After diagnosing she said it’s minor bacterial infection. I requested her to look more seriously because my wife being in medical field diagnosed as fungal infection. She didn’t care much and said she is doctor and your wife is not. My daughter was crying whole night with pain after all the medicine this doctor gave. Next day we went to see our own primary doctor. With in few seconds our doctor diagoned it as serious fungal infection and quickly scheduled to send us to Specialist. Both doctors from same hospital were surprise that any doctor would diagnose it as bacterial infection.

I have a child whom has been seeing her for a year and a half. She started out very nice, very prompt. Then if you have any "real" health problems and things need to get done ASAP, she takes her time and does not focus on getting the right dr. for the problem. I was referred out due to my daughter having a major illness in her brain. She just does not like to be called out for any inconveniences at all. I sat in this waiting room for 2 and a half hours for my daughter who was having seizures then finally got into the office and I still waited. I asked them if I should just take her to the E.R. and was told YES if you dont want to wait. I will just say I was in and out of the E.R. with tests done in 1 hr 25 min. After filing a formal complaint on this office, for many different things, one in which included the office staff slandering other patients. I sat there and listen to this for the whole time I was waiting. I thought she was good until her EGO took over!!! A Dr. is not… better than any human, especially since we work over 100 hrs a week. I will get my child help else where.

We have been pt's of Dr. Sevilla for 11 years. My oldest daughter was one of her first patients when she opened her office in Louisburg... Always took great care of both girls..Followed up on them when they were real sick or in the hospital.. The girls are never scared to go to the dr..
