I was referred by my primary Doctor.. I called them in Peachtree City and made my appt. for the Dec 17, 2020 for 3pm So I was there for 2;45pm and the heavy set girl behind the desk with dark hair pulled back, said I didn't have an appt.. very rude and didn't care to tell me why I have no appt. when I clearly spoke with someone and they verified my appt.. .. This girl has not one professional bone in her body... This is a good way to ruin a doctor's clientele. I will never go back to this office. I will get another referral for a different doctor.. I feel this girl behind the desk is very incompetent and doesn't like her job.. she had a very frustrated attitude. It's unbelievable how these people have no customer service training. Sorry Doctor, this girl has to go.

On my last office visit , my sole reason for the visit was to determine if there was a bone implant in heel. She took X-rays months before and knew there was an implant in my heel are never said anything. My last visit summary was a complete lie. I look on the Medical Board website. She settled malpractice lawsuits in 2015 and 2019.

Dr. Williams is an excellent surgeon and doctor. She operated in my foot and has treated my son as well. She is very thorough and spends time with her patients. You may have to wait so take something to do, but she is the best so it will be worth the wait.

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for several years. I don't trust my knees to anyone else. She is kind and personable.

Dr. Sharona Williams doesn't really care about the patient. She just wants to get the patient in and out, not trying to get to the basis of the problem. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Sharona Williams to ANYONE! Do your research, find another MD! She will ruin your outcome! Office staff is great, wait times long! That's ok if you're getting great care from your MD. NOT the case with Dr. Sharona Williams. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CARE TO DR. SHARONA WILLIAMS!

Sharonna took time with me to discuss my issues, explained to my husband after the surgery and gave very good instructions for recovery. Currently in the recovery phase and she is extensive in her directions. Very good.

Been a patient of hers for several years and 2 surgeries. Couldn't ask for a more caring and professional doctor. Have had couple of long waits but definitely worth waiting. Was not her fault.
