I want clients to feel that their issues and goals are being addressed when they work with me as their therapist. I am a Certified Life Coach, an Anger Management Specialist, a Certified Hypnotherapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Virginia and Illinois. I have extensive experience working with teens, adults, families and couples. I completed a two-year post doctoral program in Marriage and Family studies through the Family Institute of Chicago during my doctoral internship. My joy is helping you find yours. Depression, anxiety and various traumas can feel like lead weights around your neck or that sometimes you feel like you are drowning. Through our work together we will determine how to best help you become the person you were meant to be. If medication is necessary, it will be a joint decision to pursue that option.
