I wouldn't leave one star if I wasn't forced to. Stay away, RUN. Was supposed to be in the process of getting dentures. Went and had all the top teeth I had left pulled at once (7). He struggled with the 7th badly and ended up snapping it about 4 times, and also losing the pliers he had about 3 times. He kept apologizing while moving my entire nasal cavity up and down trying to get it. He finally drilled it, snapped it again, then got up and said it was out, "instructions on paper", and walked away. By now, my gum is torn open pretty good, my mouth is obviously bleeding pretty good, and I have a mouth full of gauze, and the Novocaine is already wearing off. No stitches, (at least where he tore my gum open pretty good on the last one), and no chance to try to ask anything. Went to front desk and the girl handed me a prescription for Tylenol 3 and Amoxicillin. I was already in pain, a little upset by now, and didn't try to hide it. I have stomach ulcers (which I put on my paperwork… initially), and Tylenol upsets my stomach, and usually has no effect anyway, but I didn't get a chance to talk to him about that. I was just imagining being up all night with a bleeding mouth and severe pain so I told her to keep the Tylenol and headed out. One side of my mouth bled for over two days. Fast forward to two week follow-up. I was treated pretty rudely by two of the staff right off and led to a chair and told to take a seat, "the doctor will be over". Sitting there already feeling VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, and waiting, I can see and hear the doctor in the cube next to me carrying on with someone who needs a tooth pulled but is going somewhere else because this office doesn't put you to sleep for it. This goes on about 10 or 15 minutes and when he's done he proceeds to walk right by me, completely ignore me, and about 5 or 10 minutes later a female doctor that I had never seen comes in. She was polite and looked at my xrays and briefly examined my mouth. She seemed a little concerned, which made me even more uneasy, and then told me to come back in two more weeks to have a couple more teeth taken out and get an imprint for dentures. I tried asking her why the male doctor only wanted to pull two of my bottom teeth that were left and leave about 10 or 12 that seemed bad as well, and have me only get a partial denture plate for the bottom. She gave me a very brief answer which I didn't understand, and that was it. I left feeling confused, mistreated, and ignored. After some thought I Called and canceled my next appointment. When the girl asked why I told her the doctor had acted VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY, and that I didn't trust their office with having my dentures made. I'm now left with no top teeth, bottom teeth on one side of my mouth only (that are all bad), and seeking a PROFESSIONAL dental office to give me a second opinion and complete the work and have dentures made. I wouldn't recommend this office for a cleaning. My apologies for the extended review.

I called Webster Smiles to schedule an urgent consultation with Dr. Barnia. First of all, their office staff was very professional and accommodating and were able to fit me in his schedule the next day. I had seen Dr. Barnia a couple of years ago and had a great dental experience. Dr Barnia is very patient and explains dental procedures thoroughly. The thing I appreciate the most is that he is conservative and cares about his patients without being pushy on unnecessary dental procedures. Thank you Dr. Barnia for being such a great dentist.
