Dr. Shashi Lall, MD

The West Seneca/Orchard Park office needs to be renovated/updated and the staff changed. Scheduling was bad as you'd get there 15-20 minutes early for an appointment, only to be sent back late then you have to wait again in the room. Nurse comes in to take your blood pressure and she won't even tell you what the reading was. She seemed upset when I asked her. Dr Lall needs to add another doctor to the office and a couple LPNs. This can help reduce the wait time. Lall was a good doctor to me, very kind. The long wait time and the unfriendly staff were my reason for leaving (finding another doctor).

This week was the third time I showed up for a scheduled appointment to find the office was closed. No-one called to tell me they were closing and no-one tried to follow up and reschedule. I'm done with this place.

I am very happy with Dr. Lall for my doctor and she is very thorough. Only one complaint I have is the WAIT. Yesterday I was there and 6 people all came in for the same time. Why schedule all these people for the same time and then make them sit and wait. Our time is important too. Nobody cared for Sue that worked in Eden but she seems to be gone now and a new very nice lady is there now.

Don't go to this doctor unless you want to wait for 2 hours!!!

Handles my questions concerns in an good manner listens and has excellent staff

The office staff is very rude. They don'tcare how sick you are, they are always whinning about themselves.

Goes over and above to help when needed. Very kind and helpful.

I would not recommend Dr. Shashi Lall to anyone. The office staff is always irritated at best. Also, Dr. Lall consistantly writes my prescriptions incorrectly (4 times). The incorrect scripts tampered with my my health by delaying the time that I could start taking the medication and cost me more money when I would inadvertantly pay for the wrong medicine. On top of that, Dr. Lall shows little interest in her patients. My grandmother, also a patient of Dr. Lall's, was in a terrible car accident about 8 months ago. She has been in and out of the hospital in that time and is still rehabilitating. Dr. Lall is aware of all these happenings and still hasn't even bothered to call or send a card or show any concern or interest in my grandmother, who has been a patient there for many years.All in all, I have had 3 family members as patients of Dr. Lall, my grandmother, my sister and myself, and all of us have left.
