Excellent service and thank you for helping me

I am getting ready to do a procedure and a cardiologist has to clear me before I can do my procedure. Since I don't have a cardiologist I was referred to the Heart Gtoup. The receptionists, although they were super busy, were friendly. The nurse that took my weight, blood pressure and did the actually EKG was super friendly. I give the receptionist and that nurse 5 stars. However, the doctor himself gets 1 star. When he entered he already looked like he didn't want to be there. Then he started talking about my weight and looking at me as though I was this disgusting person. For someone who has always struggled with their weight, it doesn't feel good having people treat you like that. I understand he may have been concerned about my weight but there is a way to talk to people without making them feel worse about themselves. If I ever have to go back I will ask to see another doctor. I don't think all the doctors at the Heart Gtoup are as heartless as Dr. Shankar Ali

This is 0 stars. I was returning for a followup visit to get the results of a carotid artery ultrasound. The Dr. had to attend to an emergency at the hospital and it wasn’t known when he would return. Fine, but I explained to several staff members that I was leaving on an overseas trip the next day and really needed to know if I was ok to get on an international flight. I had already explained my upcoming travel plans the day I was scheduled and the day of the ultrasound exam. I could not get anyone in his staff to care about my concerns, no one could give me results or bother to say they would convey this message to Dr. Ali. So I left the office with no results, no phone call later that day, and I will never return to his practice. I also had questions about changes to my medications that I had hoped to address, very scary and disappointing. And I still have no answer. I was told they do not do telehealth or phone calls to patients.

I wish he would be more patient and listen to my concerns rather than just rushing me out the door. I wish he offered help rather than just the EKG says your heart is fine. This wasn't a good, educational visit at all. I regret trusting him with my health.

The waiting room was packed with many patients. I saw Dr Ali about 1hr after my appointment time. When I met Dr Ali for the first time, I was impressed by his presentation, how he expressed concerns about what's going on with me. He ordered tests, explained to me where I understood what's to come. I like and appreciate Dr Ali's demeanor. I will be going back. Dr Ali has a GR8 Heart. He's a Gr8 and Caring Dr. Thank you Dr as well as your Gr8 and Caring Staff.

I’m an RN and Dr Ali helped my 91 yr old mother when her foot turned blue due to vascular issues. He sent her for immediate tests and managed her care. He was very patient and kind to her.

Every time I have an appointment with Dr Ali he is always about 30 to 45 minutes lat for my appointment time just need to be prompt because my time is also impotent thanks other than that everything else ok

I had a 1:30 appt n I checked in n waited 4 my appt. Easy peasy and very friendly staff. Highly recommend

Met Dr. Ali for the first time today. I truly was impressed by his kindness and explaining the procedures he was scheduling for me.

Had a great visit with Dr. Ali on 7/11/2024 he is very kind and he make me feel like I'm in good hands.I recommend Doctor Ali, for any new heart patient looking for a good Cardiologists.
