Trivializes concerns. He is condescending. I verbalized concerns about having asthma, and he replied by telling me about how his wife has asthma and how bad hers is.

Very Disappointed. He didn't take the time to listen to my concerns or address my needs. He gave me a hard time in wanting particular blood work done. I think every patient has a right to ask for a complete blood panel or specific types of blood work done without being given a hard time. Will not be going back.

I see some comments which I recommend to others to take with a grain of salt when reading. People have their expectations of what they believe should happen during these appointments or their perception of the doctors demeanor. He is the doctor, not you! Don’t try and diagnose yourself and then say he isn’t doing his job because you want them to diagnose you to the extreme for something that is likely very simple. He was very kind and personable, I liked him immediately. He does like to talk, but I’m my case it’s about my health and how he can help me. Fantastic doctor and I’m so happy to have him around. Again people, diagnosis is a process, be the patient and let your doctors do what they are trained to do. Ask questions, be involved and understand you don’t always get the answer your looking for from one visit.

He was so cold and belittling. I felt as though I was an inconvenience to him. I thought it was my imagination until I read reviews from people who have experienced the same thing.

Dr. Shaun Austin is the epitome of professionalism. He has an excellent bedside manner, he always makes sure he communicates and interacts with you. He smiles, he listens, you get 100% of his attention, he gives you the time you need, never feel rushed, not a 10 minute patient. He interacts with you regarding your health decisions. He is positive, considerate, thorough, and conscientious as a doctor. The Best doctor ever!!!!

This doctor does not listen to you, he basically loves to hear himself talk, while not even really knowing what’s wrong with you. Also talks like he’s on cocaine or some type of upper. Basically get you in and out type of care, don’t expect any sympathy from this guy.

I was very happy to have met this doctor. His diagnostic skill was impressive.

I have a great friend who tells me that this young Dentist with 6 years of general dentistry experience is a legacy professional, 3rd generation, who is has all the latest tools to take advantages of current technology. I am looking forward to meeting and plan expect to engage in moderate rework of bite and replacement procedures. Stay tuned.
