I primarily went to Dr Milby for prescription refills, but the times I went and needed a diagnosis I felt he did the bare minimal work. I was in an Auto accident where my head hit the door glass so I went to the ER for tests. I then went to Dr Milby for the follow-up. He read the report to me (left out about blood-I had my own report from the ER). Then I later noticed, after fumbling around my scalp, indentations I didn't have last time I shaved my head so I went back. I've been in one Auto accident, and another incident which the incident is what I addressed with Dr Milby. I asked about the x-rays that were already taken, but because he couldn't see the indentations with my hair he blew it off without even pulling the x-rays. Instead I got a lesson on how people's skulls are like babies, etc., and how much time it takes to request x-rays (I wasn't asking for new ones, mind you.) Well, I've shaved my head once more, and guess what? My right scalp is mangled... Just what I was trying… to address with him. Will I seek ANOTHER follow-up from him? NEVER GOING BACK! I'll find a more competent Dr, but I will have no problem writing reviews about my experience.
