The best doctor ?? better than any doctor in Salt Lake.

Shaun Shurtliff is possibly the worst doctor I have ever been to. I almost died due to his incompetence of blocked artery on my heart which he treated as anxiety for a year and a half. He has no concern for his patients except to get their money so he can go hunting

I am writing this review after going to Dr. Shurtleff numerous times thinking my experiences were singular; however, recently I had my daughter go and she was told her symptoms were just part of life and there was nothing that could be done. Dr. Shurtleff is basically just there to get your money. First, his staff bills incorrectly. For example, when you go in for a well check that is paid for by your insurance, they bill you for the visit. When you try to get it corrected, they give you incorrect information and won't make the corrections. The customer is NEVER right at this doctor's office. If you go here for a doctor visit you can expect Dr. Shurtleff to do one or more of the following: minimize your concerns and complaints, tell you what you are experiencing is just part of life and there is no fix, not answer your questions, write you a prescription for unnecessary medication (to get you out of the office), or make you feel like you don't know your own body… (especially if you are there for women's health). In other words, go somewhere else!

Dr. Shurtliff is very knowledgeable and not afraid to treat someone with a disease. I’ve been to doctors who are afraid, or don’t want to, treat MS. He listens to what you are saying and asks the right questions.

He and his staff really make you feel like you are very important and are a very caring staff!

Dr couldn't wait to get to his next patient

I went in for high blood pressure ,,,miss diagnosis,,,did tests that were not appropriate,,,cost around $10K ..stay away from this person who tries to be a doctor..

my experience with this doctor and his office was a couple years back, but the ladies at the front desk were totally incompetent. and this doctor is one of those that act as if his receiving perks for pushing pills onto patients. i came in with sleep problems and anxiety - he gave me a prescription for depression with a warning on the label that said i may experience feelings of harming myself. i even expressed to him how much i was opposed to anti depression medicine, thanks for listening. I have not gone back, nor would i recommend him to any one. the ladies gave me a headache with all their mistakes and miscommunication and he gave me pills that made me want to harm myself- hilarious
