Dr. Shaunda Patrice Jones, MD

I'm not a frequent visitor to the doctors. A typical visit to Dr. Jones is two hours so I normally just for my yearly exams. On one occasion, I phoned because of flu like symptoms and was told that next available appointment was a month out and to go to an urgent care. My last exam was a few weeks ago and last week I started experiencing some severe headaches, again I called to have her to call me back, but the nurse did and I explained my symptoms and was told the only option was tomorrow morning or after the new year. I explained that I could do tomorrow afternoon or any time after just not in the morning. They could not accommodate. At 46, this is not the type of impersonal service I expect from someone whom I've placed so much trust in. I expect for my doctor to take the time to return my call when convenient and to fit me in especially when there is an emergency. I am totally disappointed and have never written a review, but felt compelled on this occasion. I'm not happy… about this but it looks like I will be finding another doctor.

She has been a great help through my tough times would not change.
