Shavith Samson, MD

Family physician Shavith Samson, MD, provides comprehensive primary care services for all ages, focusing on preventive and lifestyle medicine. Dr. Samson's medical interests include managing chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma. He also performs minor office procedures, such as joint and tendon injections, skin lesion removals and cryotherapy. As a primary care physician, Dr. Samson builds lasting and trusting relationships with his patients and their families. He cares for the patient as a whole, considering their physical, emotional and social needs. He believes in taking the time to listen to his patients and empowering them to actively participate in making decisions about their health. When not seeing patients, Dr. Samson participates in a variety of exercise activities, including hiking, running, swimming and weight training.
