Dr Bench is the kindest doctor I have ever met. His bedside manner is excellent! I felt heard and cared for every step of the way. His communication is clear and kind. In addition, I am happy with the results of my surgery and think the scar will heal nicely. Thank you Dr Bench for your dedication to your patients and your practice.

This place wasted a month of my time. I went to the ER for a gallbladder attack and was referred to this surgeon because they said they took the ER medi-cal I was given. I called this surgeon’s office, told them my insurance situation again, and was told this was fine. I waited several weeks after that for an appointment and when I showed up was told, “oh I meant to call you, but was too busy. We actually don’t take your insurance and cannot see you.” Completely unprofessional and incompetent.

Dr. Bench was so honest, personable and forthcoming in his explanations and answers during my initial consultation. He could see my nervousness about having a biopsy and calmed my nerves.

My laparoscopic surgery went perfectly and I had no need at all for painkillers after I left the hospital that same afternoon. Very personable and highly recommended.
