Dr. Shawn Patrick Cannon, DO

I have the utmost respect for Dr. Cannon. He is gentile and courteous, very smart and has a wonderful manner from which he never waivers. His availability is the best one could ask for and his humanity makes him one of the best doctors I've ever met.

Dr. Cannon is the most compassionate, committed & knowledgable doctor I’ve ever met. Dr Cannon LISTENS to me when other doctors blew off my feelings. The continuing work/research he does to help patients is something I admire. Dr. Cannon is truly one of a kind. I’m extremely grateful to have someone who has my back & truly cares about his patients well being.

As a fly on the wall and watching from afar, I have never seen someone treat others with so little respect. It is sad to see someone treat others with such disrespect. It is senseless the way he speaks, belittles, and sets himself on a pedestal. I suggest Dr. Cannon look in the mirror and understand he can have a lasting influence on his peers, etc by treating them as human beings. A sad day to watch a physician act as if he is better than others, demeans them, and shows little respect. He may not believe he is doing this, but watching from afar it is quite visible. Look in the mirror sir and man up to the fundamentals, principles, honor, and integrity physicians should exploit to others in the medical field. Your influence and guidance is needed for those young and old. People have an uncanny ability to see the true character and read through non-authenticity. Let's make this world a better place by treating all people with respect they so deserve.

dr cannon is a savior. just because he takes no crap from people like us you give him a bad review? you would probably be dead or wish you where without him

If I knew of this site before now I would have shared. Just like if I knew Dr. Cannon before 5 years ago I may not be alive with a happy healthy 3 year old son. Need I say more!!!!! I am critical of everyone. Dr. Cannon has a realness to him. He is understanding, prompt, available most of all honest. He's very proffessianal, yet has a way of allowing me to open up in a way I feel safe doing. One of my greatest fears is knowing in my heart one day he will retire. Until that day I will keep driving over 2 hours to see him.

I would not recommend this doctor . He has some mental health issues and should not be practicing medicine.

He does not seem like he is remotely interested in anyone but himself, moody and abusive to his staff. He tried to push me into seeing some trainee

This doctor seems to have lost interest in running his practice. He is available only to a few. The rest of the time the practice runs using his assistant and young doctors in training who have not completed their internships. Dr. Cannon seems to be more interested in administrative type work and teaching at the hospital - not his practice.
