Dr. Shawn Mckay Conrad, DDS

Dr. Conrad is a true gem. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I was referred to him for a cancer consultation. He pinpointed the areas of my mouth that could be affected by radiation treatment. He then designed a treatment plan for me that ensured that I kept as many teeth as possible. We decided together the teeth that needed to be removed. He informed me well about my surgery and performed it as planned! When the anesthesia wore off, I felt numbness in my jaw and chin which I feel also ensured that I was comfortable. It has been 24 hours since my surgery and since I followed his instructions, I did not have any pain after surgery. His bedside manner is amazing as he does his best to relate to his patients and make them feel welcome. Dr. Conrad is an excellent doctor!!! I would definitely refer people to him.

Dr.Conrad and his staff are very nice and professional. I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Conrad explained to me the procedure and made me feel at ease. My appointment was on Friday morning and Dr.conrad called me that afternoon to check on me to make sure that I was feeling alright. He even gave me his cell phone number to call him over the weekend if I had any problems at all. He was very nice and so was his entire staff.

Dr. Conrad and his staff are very professional and nice. If you need an implant this is the place to go in Wilmington NC. He is a very caring person and did an outstanding job!
