As a Registered Nurse who works with a large number of physicians, I can highly recommend Dr. Shawn Couture as one of the best. Knowledgeable, extremely helpful, kind, and efficient among a load of other positives. Blessed to have found him.

Has a good bedside manner but doesn’t know how to treat. If you have a problem like them sending the prescription to wrong pharmacy, and you say something about it, he drops you like a hot potato. I just got a certified letter that he won’t see me anymore!! Lol. I’ve already found another one anyway.

First I want to respond to post on 5-21-19 “Terrible patient car & service. This person must not have explained their problem with their prescription. Dr. Couture many times sent a prior authorization to my pharmacy for my medicine. As to post on 2-1-17 “GLORIA” I or none of my family have ever had a problem with her she is the sweetest person and very helpful. The best thing about the doctor is that he explains things to you so you understand and he looks at you when he is speaking. He is the best Dr. always a smile on his face. A big thank you to Dr. Couture & staff you guys are awesome

DO NOT go to this place. Got a prescription from Dr. Shawn Couture and had to pay cash due to an insurance overlap. The Doctor will not send prior authorization to the insurance company so I can be reimbursed for the $120.00 I had to pay out of pocket. Horrific customer service and patient care.

I love this Doctor. However, the staff in this office is the most ridiculous, unprofessional, rude, horrible excuse for human beings. Why do I have to fight with you to see MY DOCTOR, MYYYYYYY DOCTOR. You are just the scum of the earth that gets paid minimum wage. This is what is wrong with our healthcare system. There apparently are not enough competent people or properly trained professionals to staff a professional Doctor's office. This is a reflection of the WHOLE office, Including the Physicians.How is it that you put people like Gloria in the front office? There is something wrong with that woman. Half the time I'm on the phone with her and she seems intoxicated or confused, or maybe she just needs a vacation. I vote for a permanent one. When people aren't feeling well or are anxious about a procedure, they don't need idiots behaving like they don't care and that are rude. Dr. Couture you need a new front office staff.

I was one of his first patients 7 years ago when he took over willie citrins practice. he was AWESOME then and is AWSOME now!!!!!!

Ft Shawn Couture was there for me during the difficult time at the end stage of my husbands life. Offering whatever assistance and support that was needed. I will be forever grateful.
