Dr. Shawn L Hall, DC

I really liked Dr. Hall when I first started with him, but after a couple of years, he rotated my spine and my knees started hurting. I tried to gently persuade him to change what he was doing, but he just kept reinforcing the rotation. He either didn’t listen or he just didn’t know how to make the needed correction. When I began working with him, I was walking normally into his practice, but I ended up hobbling out of his office after he rotated my spine.That should have been clue enough that his adjustment had become now incorrect. I shouldn’t have had to say anything about the adjustment then being wrong because it was obvious when I started hobbling out of his practice that something wasn’t right, but he still didn’t even pick up on it. I finally went to another chiropractor who found that my spine had been rotated to the right. That chiropractor got me out of the rotation with the very first adjustment, but the rotation had already done enough damage to my knees that they now need… replacing. If he had kept me in alignment and had not twisted my spine, I don’t think I would have knee problems now. I’m leaving him a 2 star rating because he had at least started out good. It’s unfortunate he didn’t listen and change how he was adjusting me. I didn’t appreciate it because he put me in a lot of unnecessary pain. He should learn to take into account what his patients tell him. We go to our medical providers to make us better, not worst.
