Rude Condescending inept are just a few words that come to mind

If I could give less than one star, I would. This man completely dismissed my 74 year old mother’s complaints of 2 months of back pain with neurological symptoms. He told her ‘she didn’t qualify for an MRI. She didn’t even qualify for an x-ray’. He was so unbelievably condescending, and just mean. What a sorry excuse for a human being, let alone a doctor. Please think twice before you trust this man with your healthcare. He clearly does NOT care.

I have seen Dr Miller's PA's several times and they are good but the office staff and lab are very inefficient. Tried to get office staff several times to communicate with other doctors of mine, and finally gave up & handled it myself. Re their lab, first blood test they said "was too old" (?) and we needed to come back & have blood drawn again, then they said they "lost" (?) that blood and b we needed to come back & have blood drawn again!

The front staff horrible,they wre tslking each other,just dign thete told me one of them,after filled new pt paperwork told me that i can see the MD,but a PA Will see me,waiting again,the LPN who did my initial interview was in a rush (an very old lady)she was so rude when I asked her name,the PA was very professional and helpful,when I check out a young girl was so rude ,she told me if you are not 12 months FL resident dr Milller can't be ypur PCP, what??? this place is one horrible madhouse,if the girls at front told me that before to filled my paperwork,I swear I never,ever return is a shame Millennium had staff like that,my sister in law is Millennium patient in Cape Coral and she never was mistreated like I was in this office.

Dr. Miller is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality. He spends a long time with his patients and is a good listener. He has a great "bedside manner". He is adept at diagnosis and explains things clearly. He is very good at follow up and he cares about his patients. The members of his staff are well trained and very pleasant to deal with. I see Dr. Miller as a private patient, but his walk in clinic is in the same building. His P.A. Mike is also excellent at diagnosis and very pleasant to deal with. His staff is polite and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Miller.

I found Dr. Miller to be thorough in all aspects of patient care. He has professional and kind bedside manner. His PA is above board in every area. His office staff is friendly and try to accommodate all patients. I would recommend him highly. He also accepts walk ins, which is very convenient.

Trying to get in for a routine physical as a new patient so I have some information to provide to new insurer and receptionist totally not helpful. Wait time is many months and have to see a PA first (and pay $208) before you can even schedule the physical. Totally unacceptable.

Dr. Miller has excellent knowledge of internal medicine. This knowledge makes him much more that the typical "Family Practice/Urgent Care" doctor. I can hardly believe some of these reviews...Dr. Miller has always taken the time to listen carefully to what I tell him. He is not a "sugar coated" doctor - he will tell you what you need to know and what you need to do. Some people might not like that - I find it trustworthy. Highly recommend Dr. Miller!

Doctor Miller should not be in medical practice with an office because he is never there. Every time you call for an appointment he is never there, your appt will be in 2-3 weeks. forget emergenices again because he is never available. He does not interact well at all with patients. You ask him questions and he does not provide answers or not complete answers. There are several items he can not deal with, for example, he can treat diabetics with leg problems. He does not know what to do for them and instead of having another doctor to send you to for the problem is response is "DON'T LET THOSE LEGS GET INFECTED" BUT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CARE FOR THE PROBLEM.He drops patients when the patient runs into a problem. He has dropped several patients and refuses to give them a reason, yet tells them to contact him and he will help get them a new doctor and for the next thirty days he will see you for emergenices. When you call for an appt to get the help he offers you find out he will be out… of the office until the 30 days has expired. He should be disbarred from medical practice in the US and sent back to Grenada to COMPLETE HIS MEDICAL TRAINING IN ALL AREAS.

Office staff is snotting and inflexible. Absolutely no accommodation for or respect for personal circumstances. Do not get back with you on issues in a timely manner or at all. Are confused as to how the HIPPA medical records privacy act works.
