Dr. Shawn Michael Sills, MD

I questioned him in Dec 2012 after a spinal injection; he fired me for asking. I went to Providence ER worried about withdrawals. They called him and were told I ran out of medication early. I had 1/2+ remaining; he said he saw me in 2013. Save your medical future.

HORRIBLE TREATMENT BY OFFICE STAFF ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS!!!!!!!!!!!! They are RUDE. In his “ contract” Dr.Stills insists that patients treat his staff w respect at all times or patient will be terminated!!!!! Of course this is very self serving. It completely ignores the fact that this allows the staff to mistreat the patient.Which they do with impunity. They can’t lose there job when they mistreat the patient and THEY KNOW IT!!!! But the patient can get fired for speaking up to their boss about abusive treatment!!!they have received on a continuous basis. Dr. Stills Obviously doesn’t want to have to deal with his incompetent staff and a turn over rate. He just wants to continue filling his pockets with monies from dissatisfied patients and put his head in the sand all the way to the bank. I would have given him ZERO STARS however to leave a review you must give him at least 1 star! Just another manipulation by a TERRIBLY RUN COMPANY!

3 years ago I went there and had no issues with doctor or staff. This time I have found the office efficiency extremely lacking. Jumped right on billing insurance for visit but as of yet have failed to contact them for authorization of doctors going on 2 weeks now. Cant get an appointment for procedure until they send in the request and receive an answer back. Funny thing is it all comes out of my pocket with the high deductibles now days.

Dr sills is outstanding and is empathic and shows care and strives to help patients through hard times of pain. He is the beat doctor I have had

Doctor Sills is the BEST doctor I have ever had! I would recommend him to everyone. He and his staff are the best. Very caring, professional, and helpful.

One word, Poor .....

I hesitate to write too many things about how great this doctor is, otherwise he may get even busier! Dr Sills is very caring, kind and has empathy for people in pain for whatever reason.

Dr Sills is the only MD in Pain Management that is moving away from pain medication only and seeks to use other solution for treatment that are more effective over the long term.Better for me and other patients . That is a Star in my book. Thank you!

This may actually be the worst clinic I have ever been too. The building is disgusting and in need of major cleaning and repairs. The staff is impossible to get ahold of, it took six days to even get a return call. They do not contract with most insurance companies so it costs nearly twice as much to be seen. The providers are generally understanding and nice but the other negative aspects negate all of it. I am extremely discouraged by the treatment I have received and the amount of money I have spent. Grr
