Thank you Dr Smith for being there for us, through out our ups and downs. You're a true blessing. We put our lives in your hands knowing God is in control. We have no words to show our appreciation. The best doctor to us since 2014. God bless Doctor. Again thank you!

This guy just wants to see as many people per day as absolutely possible. You spend about 45 minutes waiting to see him for 5 to 10 minutes. He is what healthcare has become unfortunately

I find Dr. Smith to be knowledgeable, attentive, and very accessible. He listens to my concerns and makes sure I stay at the best possible healthy condition. I highly recommend him and the clinic on 119.

I have been going to Dr Smith for many years and he has always been kind and he really cares about his patients. His work matters to him. I would never change Doctors!

My mother has been going to him for years. Lately he has not been the slightest interested in her well being. He barely examined her on her visits. Prescribed medicine he did not talk with her about. She needed him to sign off on a necessary item that he has signed for every time she needed this item to be replaced and suddenly he would not. Said she did not need the item because nothing was wrong. He looks at his computer the whole time he is with her. He is not a caring person.

When my wife was suffering with pain we made an appointment to see Dr. Smith as this is a nearby location for us and he was the first available. The office is located in a good area and we felt we would receive good treatment, overall. This assumption proved to be very incorrect. We were treated badly in all aspects and my wife left in tears. We will tell everyone we know that you should not subject yourself or your loved ones to anyone associated with Dr. Smith or his reception/appointment offices.

Please do not entrust your health care to Dr. Jason Smith or his staff. This Dr. cannot be trusted and his staff are not there to help patients. Instead, much stress is unnecessarily brought upon patients. There is significant concern surrounding this Dr. and the medical group with whom he is associated. Our experience was frightening and detrimental. Reviews, from different patients, have been placed on this site and somehow have disappeared. We are aware that a member of his staff has placed the most recent review. There are many wonderful Drs. in the Birmingham, AL area. - please locate a reputable, caring Dr. and staff and move upward from this group.
