My daughter and I always have a good experience with Dr. Stevens. We never wait too long to be seen and are in and out quickly. He performed surgery on both of her ears and has been following up for several years.

Great Doctor and staff

Yes I game in on time but I waited almost 30-40 minutes before I saw the doctor but then I got to go to the back waited another maybe 20 minutes before he came in so when I did see him he introduced who he was and then started to explain my resorts to me and that I like but what I didn’t like was when they told me that my insurance don’t cover for the hearing ads so I thank they should have told me in the beginning so it was a waste of my time for me to here that I needed to buy the hearing ads out of pocket I felt that I should have known that first

I have been seeing Dr Stevens for several years now and he is absolutely one of the kindest, most professional,highly skilled doctors I have ever had the fortune to be associated with. he actually listens to you and makes you feel like you’re his only patient even though I know he’s extremely busy. Keisha his surgery scheduler. is one of the kindest, most helpful people in his clinic. All in all, I’m just so grateful that I found him and he’ll never know how much he is appreciated.

The staff at the office was friendly, helpful, and personable. Pleasant throughout the office appointment, as were both Doctors. Easy to follow and hear the conversation clarifying the potential procedures. Thank you for the very professional care.

Dr Stevens is very thorough and informative with my issue. This last year with my surgery that was very delicate he has been very professional and caring the whole time. I trust him completely. His staff has always been kind and helpful.

Dr Shawn Steven's is a very nice, competent and professional doctor. He listens to your concerns and seems like he cares. The only problem I have is the wait time. I waited in the office for almost two and a half hours.

Dr. Stevens performed a very delicate surgery on me six months ago to treat a rare inner ear defect called Superior Canal Dehiscence Syndrome.
