This doctor actually raised his voice and yelled at me. Small wonder his telephone nurse is incredibly rude. I’m looking for a new PCP.

This is the stereotypical screen physician who never takes his eyes off his laptop. His staff is rude and appear miserable, they once had a great RN, but she was replaced by a nasty lady. Zeto tries to push needless services on me. I think he is using Medicare to bring more money into his practice.

Totally incompetent “nurse” who handles callbacks. Rude and ignorant of that which a “nurse” should know. Unfortunately, terrific person who previously held the position is no longer there.

Woman at the check out desk is rude and insulting. The MD is wonderful. Rest of staff OK, some worse than others but none so bad as the check out lady. Makes one want to check out forever from this practice

No problem with the doctor, but support and office staff needs customer service training...all the way up to the office manager. Lab technician always late, records not redily available for scheduled appointments. Don't look for help without an appointment "i.e., don't get sick and need to see the doctor".
