Dr. Shawna Renee Wall, MD

My first visit I was impressed to the receptionist and MA but after my visit, I tried to call the clinic it was so hard to get a hold of them. Plus, I had a hard time to get the result of my visit. It was really so frustrating. Dr. Wall as a doctor, she is okay.

I highly reccomend Dr. Wall. She's given me exams and hysterectomy. She did a fantastic job as my surgeon. She's always taken time to explain what I needed and answer questions. I'm so glad I found her!!

Dr. Shawna Wall did not get enough specimen for Papsmear, so, I had to go back, and they charged me for it. Jackie, Practice Manager did not submit the correct Codes, so my insurance denied the claims. I contacted Jackie several times, finally, got one return call from her. They double charge me for all of the same services and could not fix it correctly. What a bummer! ????????

I have seen Dr. Wall for 8 years now, and she is by far the best doctor in town for OB/GYN. She is very quick with patient care, in the delivery room, and she makes sure that all your needs are met. She takes her time to listen to her patient's, she has really good bedside manner, and she's always in a good mood. She's also very family oriented. I recommend her to anyone. Thank you

Very poor service. They would not let you know that the appointment was cancelled until you reach there. Completely wasted my time! I tried to call back and they asked me wait and then disappeared!! Tried to call many times and nobody answered phone calls. Extremely bad service. Would not go back!!!

Dr. Wall was really nice. She was thorough and attentive.

She has done very well with me and my daughters. She is very thorough and willing to listen to her patients.

Personally I would never recommend Dr Wall, she's all over the place and seems not to be passionate about her job just a pay check.

Dr. Wall herself is a good doctor, very nice and very trustworthy. Her staff is the problem! The office expanded last year and the service went down the hill. There's an answering service not a person. they call you back...sometimes. I've called at least twice a week for a month now regarding an upcoming surgery and today was the first time I had heard back from anyone! I most likely will be looking for a new Doctor after this surgery. I like Dr. Wall but her staff is just horrible!
