Shawnette Saddler, MD

I want to start by stating that Dr. Saddler is awesome. Very caring and knowledgeable. I have been a patient of Dr. Saddler for several years. Now, the receptionist Patricia (black person, not gonna say woman because she doesn't present herself in that manner) at the front window is rude, incompetent and disrespectful. When visiting a doctor's office, you may be on edge, depending on your reason for the visit. She has a total lack of empathy. She never greets patients with a smile. It is as if she hates her job. I have heard that other patients of Dr. Saddler have complained about the receptionist. For some reason, she's still there. I am no longer a patient of Dr. Saddler, and I am so glad that I do not have to ever see the miserable Patricia anymore.

Dr. saddler is competent but the staff around her is unprofessional and rude. Appointments never run on time and the actual medical office area is sloppy messy and cramped.
