Dr. Rayani is an amazing doctor. He is compassionate and listens carefully to my concerns. He applies his exceptional knowledge to treating me, giving me the best possible outcome for my breast cancer. Dr. Rayani's knowledge of the very latest advances in cancer care gives me great confidence in his abilities as an oncologist.

Arrogant with a total lack of compassion and tact. He could not understand why my 51 year old sister-in-law and her family chose to be positive and fight until the end. Instead he chose to argue with my wife and I. Saying "This is end of life breathing. You are going to die". Doing so right in front of my sister-in-law. I wonder how he would feel if a doctor spoke to his family in this manner. To be completely honest. It took all of my inner strength not to choke this man. Out of respect for my sister-in-law and wife. I refrained. Silver Cross should really reconsider having this man speak with any of their terminal patients. Maybe he should just stick to research.

Dr. Rayani has gone out of his way to provide not just an acceptable standard of care for my mother, but a superior level of care. From diagnosis to treatment, he has been on top of all situations as they arise and either give or refer her for the best care possible.

Today a member of my family received some devastating news about his aggressive cancer. Dr. Rayani was nothing but cold. He made mention that he should and cannot keep returning to the hospital for care. I wonder if silver cross is proud to be associated with someone who’s potentially trying to turn away care. At a time in someone’s life when it’s nearing the end they really don’t need to be told cold hearted things that this doctor was saying . We have not been under his care for very long as we switched doctors due to a move but this shouldn’t matter. Clearly he didn’t see long term care for him and didn’t feel the need to show any compassion at all. He certainly isn’t a doctor I’d even want my dog to go to. If your looking for care during a super horrible time in your family members life do not go to him! I repeat do not ! I will write a review anywhere and everywhere I can about this man. Maybe it’s a culture thing.
