Meet with Dr Smallwood, initial visit. NCH had change our previous ARNP no longer with the group. I am excited to such a caring, knowledgeable Doctor. Dr Smallwood spent a remarkable amount of time reviewing my history. I have state she is a listener, she setup a treatment plan and follow up appointment with explaining what to expect. I have been with NCH for years and I want say Dr Smallwood has been one of the family practice physicians in have come across to be the most caring. I feel safe trusting my health care to Dr Smallwood I recommend her without any reservation. Thank you Dr Smallwood!??

I hesitate to tell everyone how amazing Dr Smallwood is because I don’t want her to be more busy, but that would be selfish. She is amazing! The personal time and care she gives is over and above. I was so impressed that I flew a family member from out if state to become a patient as they were having health issues and were scared to confront them. She put my mind at ease through a very scary point and I am so grateful.

After the typical terrible phone service the doctor who was taking mew patients didn’t want to take us because we already had an NCH doctor. We requested to switch since he misdiagnosed my wife and we didn’t feel confidence in him any longer. Stay away if you can get thru the front desk. NCH cult not for us
