Dr. Shazia Ahmed, MD

I went for a woman's test there with Nancy Ortiz. She took forever to come to take care of me because she was chit chatting with another woman working there of their personal life. Then WHILE doing the test on me, they started talking about appointments they forgot to set up and personal intimate things about another patient's parts and hygiene there in front of me. Laughing and making fun. So beyond unprofessional. The staff is rude as they can be. They kept cancelling my appointments because the doctors apparently have a lot of vacation days. Finally I had to ask a family member (authorized to my file and take decisions if I can't) to please call and set up another appointment since I couldn't call. Without me telling my family member anything about their behavior, he told me he spoke with some woman under the name of Jamie that was a extremely rude and even yelled at him. I don't even know why are they in business.

Nothing to do with Dr. Ahmed. However, I can't ignore the terrible service when I called for paperwork to be completed on behalf of my Mother, who is a patient of record there. The front office staff is rude, unreliable and dismissive. I made no less than 15 calls and sent two faxes to have some very timely paperwork completed. At one point, the manager Jamie even yelled at me on the phone and told me to shut up and listen. This is awful...and makes me concerned for all of the patients of this practice.
