Definitely, DO NOT recommend this Doctor: Her after April, 2025 visit; her vituperative words were NOT pleasant to read, considering I am the patient who is suffering physically and mentally. Infact her follow-up notes, mentions, patient is dysphoric and quite argumentative, in her notes. WOW. Spoke to the Novant Ballantyne Office Manager about this incident. She recommended changing my PCP within Novant Ballantyne -lack of attention to detail -no plan of action for patients well-being, short-term or long-term -highly disconnected with a patient's pain and suffering. -lack of patient empathy, -very abrasive and highly combative in her approach and speech and words. -highly non-collaborative service, her word vs your word ; that it and thats that, dictatorial? -lack of 360 patient awareness, patient care.

During my visit it seemed that Dr. Arain lacked interest in assessing my medical issue and was remarkably quick to prescribe medication. I refused her prescription and it was sent to the pharmacy anyways. The whole encounter seemed very careless.

The most unprofessional, uncaring, useless doctor I have ever been to in my life. Save your time, she doesn’t care about whatever issue it is you have, she only cares that you take your meds. ????

I love Dr. Arain she is very compassionate and sincere with her patients. Her passionate and dedication of her professional skills, expertise are commendable the quality care and her ability to give her patient attentive care is her best forte. I truly miss no longer being her patient. Because of an administrative error I could not resolved with FCM maybe needs to be legally resolved. It does not reflect the fact Dr. Shazia A. Arain is a wonderful and great doctor. She deserve 5 Stars Administrative Staff 2 Stars

I FOUND HER TO BE AN ATTENTIVE PHYSICIAN. SHE NOTICES WHEN A PATIENT IS SITTING IN FRONT OF HER AND IN PAIN, STRUGGLES TO WALK, SHE DOES NOT HESITATE TO PRESCRIBE THE PROPER MEDICATION. AND SHE DOES MAKE SURE "You" GET YOUR REFILLS. BELOW: EVERY DOCTOR HAS TO LEAVE THE PATIENT AND GO TO THE COMPUTER AND ENTER HER OR HIS FINDINGS THEREFORE THE TIME VARIES. THERE IS NO POPPING IN AND OUT BECAUSE IT IS REQUIRED BY MEDICARE AND OTHER INSURANCE PROVIDERS.
