Sheela was very kind attentive & professional. She attended to my needs & took care of me again later the same day as I had a follow-up apptmt, with her s/p a procedure to remove a urinary catheter s/p cystoscopy

Sheela George carefully reviewed my chart as this was a post -op appointment. She asked me questions and she answered my questions. I felt like she HEARD me, which is always a very good thing. I never felt rushed.

Sheela Thomas George is a competent, caring, professional. I always have a lot to say as I am very proactive with my healthcare. Sheila was a great listener and explained reasons personalized to my heath issues as to future steps to take. She was very focused during our time together and never made me feel rushed. She was very generous to give me supplemental samples to help keep my bladder calm for the length of my upcoming trip. I am very grateful for having her help to curb my anxiety.

Sheela Thomas George did the best job she could do with me I wasn’t an easy patient because of certain circumstances. Very nice person. She had to get a specialist to help her out with my procedure problems. When you arrive at the office the wait time wasn’t very long at all. Everyone at the office building was very nice.

She is nice, but the appointment was completely unnecessary. This bit may not be a review for her - But the bathrooms are filthy. My real complaint is that this was a follow-up appointment to a procedure (over kidney stones) I had done in the hospital. I was told that the doctor who tended to me in hospital was not available till May and that Sheela would be discussing with me the next steps that I will be taking with the doctor to solve my current problem. Time and money later, she, knowing I have had stones since 2010, proceeded to "educate me" on drinking water with lemon and avoiding certain foods. There were no answers to my immediate problem, except that I need an x ray On top of the ct scan that I just had in the hospital. And that After the x ray, we will discuss the procedures needed. - that was supposed to be THIS appt. This appt came across as nothing but a money grab. They could have mailed or faxed me the script to get the xray...AND THEN made the "planning out next… steps" appt. Our/Patient's time is valuable. Doctors and nurses have to stop acting like theirs is infinitely more...just using our time up so their paycheck is even bigger is Infuriating.
