I believe in a doctor who cares about not wasting my time as well as his/hers. Dr. Kadekar does that. I was seen on time and didn't feel rushed through my session. She's compassionate and caring, and follows up when she said she will. I respect that in a health care professional!

It took me 4 months to get my first appointment with her. I didn't know she had moved locations so I showed up at her old office. Our first meeting was cut very short. But I opened up, put all my cards on the table and felt judged immediately. She seemed rushed and uninterested in what I was saying. I was unable to take her urine screen because they are a trigger for me. She basically pegged me as a drug addict then and there. We made an arrangement for her to contact me in two weeks after she had spoken to my regular doctor and she completely forgot about me. For the price you pay to see her I was expecting a little more professionalism. After stringing me along for almost a month with no treatment plan in place, she informed my talk therapist that she wanted to discontinue treatment before she told me. I do not recommend seeing this doctor.

Dr. Kadekar was on leave and not taking patients for a while, but she is back and I got an appointment.I agree with the other reviews. She is excellent.

Dr. Kadekar spent more time with my than any of my other previous doctors and she really cares. Responding to another commenter, she is board certified. Also, I agree with the person who said she is expensive but worth it.

Dr. Kadekar looks young but is very knowledgable and is a great listener. There is essentially no wait time because her appointments run on schedule. She took the time to really listen and evaluate rather than just rushing through my visit.She does not take insurance so you have to pay cash. But, in my opinion, she is worth it.

Dr. Kadekar is very easy to work with. She listens as well as gives accurate information. I was reluctant because she is on the young side,expensive, and is not board certified. However, I feel well taken care of and am doing a lot better than I had been doing.
