Dr. Sheena Hann

Sheena Hann is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LPC, LCDC) with over 3 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping teens and adults address the self-identified challenges in their lives. Sheena specializes in trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, and depression. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Human Services and Child and Family Services at the University of Phoenix, and her Master's degree in Professional Counseling at Liberty University. She is a mother of 9 children. This experience has led to an understanding of differences and a willingness to accept people where they are. Sheena comes from a family that serves in the military. Sheena utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solutions-focused therapy (SFT).
