Dr. Sheena Mei Ogando, MD

The rudest doctor I have seen in my life! She has no empathie for her patient and is extremely arrogant ! I don’t know for what? ! I have been around doctors my whole life and she was by far the WORST ! She was not making any effort to help, barely look at me during the consultation and just wanted to jump to the next patient . I really hated my experience with her so don’t waste your time and go somewhere else . There are much better doctors out there who genuinely care, and will give you a much better service . I still can’t comprehend how she is still practicing .

Terrible bedside manner. Seems inconvenienced & in a hurry to get the office visit over. Doesn't explain much & doesn't have many suggestions on care when a treatment plan isn't working. When I told her my frustrations she just kept replying "I'm sorry u feel that way". I've gone from active life to barely being able to walk under her care

Dr. Ogando was outstanding! She listened to my health issues and carefully explained my diagnosis. Highly recommend.

Very rude doctor I ever saw in my life, she came into the room and put her legs on the chair. Not professional at all. She needs some vigorous training on how to be professional and be KIND to patients. Not empathetic, did not listen to the patient. Don't even wast your time and money. She is a waste of your time and added to the frustration on top of your illness. I am surprised she hasn't reprimanded by the medical board yet!

This doctor is rude and has no empathy whatsoever for your pain. She is very crass and behaves as if you the patient are not even human . Veterinarians treat dogs better than this woman has treated me. Run!

Don't waste your time and money. She told me that my chronic pain will be solved once my husband gets his snoring taken care of. She didn't listen to a word I was saying, showed zero compassion, and after I demanded labwork to be done, she told me she would be back with the lab slip and left me in the room, never to return. Finally after 20 minutes, her nurse came in and was surprised that I was still waiting for her. No follow up call with results. No nothing. Terrible doctor!

This pain I have is something I just have to live with. This doctor is not proactive. This Doctor is out of touch with reality, and has a God complex thinking she is able to do as she wishes with her behavior. The white smock she wears/or doesn't, does not give the right to treat people with no respect or dignity. I am so glad for this doctor to be young and feel so healthy. She looks at me with her stone expression and can dismiss my pain or exhaustion as merely my own inconvenience and as no suggestions dietary or otherwise to help me deal with my diseases. She is a stone...listens and quite frankly seems to be bothered that she has to hear about my pain and how it has changed my life. How it is affecting my life. She offers absolutely nothing to me but a poor attitude and horrific bedside manner. She did offer me something. She made suggestions that perhaps I need to make major life changes that would financially devastate me and my family. I am not a 20 year old beginning my work… life. I'm an older woman and have some years to offer, but in this doctors eyes with her lack of empathy and understanding feels I should work till my bones break in half. Thank You Doctor for your lack of support. I can get the lack of support anywhere. I have heard from so many people that if you have the care of a good Rheumatologist, it can change your life. This Doctor has the title, but has no business being in this line of work.
