Sheena Patel, PA-C is dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers to mental health care and take meaningful steps toward improved emotional and physical well-being through online and in-person visits.

I believe that you cannot give others from "your cup", if you yourself do not have anything in your cup to give. In my experience, one of the early steps on the healing journey is asking for help.

As a state-licensed and nationally board-certified physician assistant (PA), I am here to help guide you on this healing journey. Prior to joining Clarity Clinic, I worked in a primary care family practice setting where my passion for preventative, holistic health was solidified.

As a trained mental healthcare professional, I highly value the importance of integrative healthcare and addressing the multiple factors which can contribute towards one's overall health including the brain-gut connection, physical health, and spiritual health. I offer all of my patients a collaborative and …individualized treatment approach using a combination of brief supportive talk therapy and medication management. I also am able to communicate in Gujarati and Hindi and invite individuals of all cultures and backgrounds to consider me for their care. "The world is the puzzle itself."
